Artists: If you'll be in the San Diego area
on Friday, August 15,
you can apply to bring your artwork
to our FREE Art Exhibit

(At our last exhibit,
most artists submitted five pieces.)

The Groundbreaking Art Exhibit is a juried show that goes up (and down) in a day. The event is free to artists who display their work and it is free to the public.

If your art is accepted for the show, you can bring it to 7111 La Jolla Blvd on the day of the event any time between noon and 5 p.m. We'll provide easels for your work and help you put it up. The show opens at 6 p.m., and we hope you'll be present from 6 to 9 p.m. to meet with other artists. collectors and people interested in art. We'll have an Art Talk at 7 p.m. that will give artists a chance to briefly describe their work. After the artists talk, there will be a brief look at highlights of recent art shows from New York or some other location. The event ends at 9 p.m. You or someone you designate will pick up your work at the end of the show.

These art exhibits are a fun opportunity to see what other artists are doing and talk to people interested in art.
