If you want a raise, you can talk to your boss. But the Bible indicates a way that might be even more powerful. You can ask God.

Deuteronomy says that God gives the power to get wealth.

Deuteronomy also reveals a dilemma that God has. God wants to bless us. Unfortunately, many people use riches for things that are harmful to themselves and others.

God, thank you for your mercy to us. Help us to be mature enough to receive your many blessings. Thank you. Amen.
