When you click the button, the bulletin should appear in a new tab on your web browser. If it doesn't, look for it in your downloads folder. If you get a bulletin for the wrong date, Sunday morning at about 9 am click the circular arrow at the top left of your web browser to refresh your browser, then click the button for the bulletin again.
